    Export Applications and Questionnaire Results

    There is currently no way to export a group of applicants or results from questionnaires. There should be some way of doing that so the results can be analyzed easier.

    Questionaire After the Fact

    Allow the Questionnaire to be filled out after the applicant is created. Many times, my recruiters will start a file and the applicant will need to fill out the questionnaire later.

    Reporting / Statistics

    There should be some way to generate reports that would show number of applications and number of views for each job. You should be able to view this information in graph form with date and also the raw data.

    Accept foreign resumes (accepting characters like "é" "è" etc.)

    Right now, resumes with foreign characters are not displayed properly... It makes the resumes unreadable within the online viewer...

    Choose job boards for auto posting

    When a job is added to the job board, I should be able to choose which public or paid job boards (indeed.com, HotJobs, CareerBuilder, etc) that it auto posts to thereby eliminating double or triple-keying.

    Enabling attachments on applicant messages

    When sending messages back and forth to an applicant, I would like the ability to attach documents (ie: offer letter, homework, benefits package, etc).

    Website Integration should be easier

    The whole system is very easy-to-use and simple. However, when I'm done creating my job requisitions, I want to be able to integrate with my website quickly and easily. After all, isn't simplicity the whole point?

    Make simplicant faster at uploading resumes

    I wish simplicant would be faster uploading the resumes. It usually takes more than 30 seconds for a 50kb resume, which seems like a lot. I think this is especially important for new users that sometimes have to move hundreds of existing resumes to simplicant.

    resume upload label

    On the job application screen, re-name the label "CV/Resume:" to something like "Resume/CV Upload:" or "Upload Resume/CV:" to make it clear what this field does. Not everyone realizes that it's possible to have your resume automatically uploaded.

    Secure each job or an office's jobs by user

    You should be able to assign access to each job posting (and the applications that are received for that opening) or to job postings by a particular office to an individual user. My DC office should not have access to applications for my CT or NY positions and vice versa.

    Status: planned

    We are planning to add customizable user roles to the system. This will include securing a jobs and its applications from some users and allowing access to others. We will be rolling out this feature in a few months.

    To make it compatible with word 2007 docx.

    I would like to see it compatible with word 2007 docx. I have to convert all of my doc into other format every time before adding them to the simplicant.

    Merging of Applicants

    Allow the Operator to Merge two applicants into one. If the operator creates an applicant and later that same applicant creates his own by applying from the job board, there should be a way to merge them together so as not to track two of them

    Applicant list Management

    Its a nice application that was required. But how about having a list managment system of the applicants where we can invite and add multiple applicants to post application for different jobs
