Secure each job or an office's jobs by user
You should be able to assign access to each job posting (and the applications that are received for that opening) or to job postings by a particular office to an individual user. My DC office should not have access to applications for my CT or NY positions and vice versa.
Status: plannedWe are planning to add customizable user roles to the system. This will include securing a jobs and its applications from some users and allowing access to others. We will be rolling out this feature in a few months.

Each user should be able to rank the applicant separately
There is only one ranking for each user so it is difficult to see what others on the team think of an applicant. We are currently using the notes, but it takes a few clicks to get to notes and it is not a very efficient way of communicating with one another about the applicant. If each user c... more
Status: plannedThank you for this suggestion. This feature is planned and will be available very soon. The system will show the average rating for each applicant, and a user will also be able to view the break-up of the rating if multiple users have rated the applicant.
