Be able to use DNS cname to redirect to my simplicant page.
The system should allow the use of your own domain to redirect to your job application page. If my Simplicant address is http://myname.simplicant.com/job/board , I should be able to redirect using DNS cname for jobs so candidates could go to jobs.mydomain.com. Right now this doesn't work.

Allow applicants to upload additional docs (ie cover letter)
Applicants should be given the opportunity to upload their resume as well as other documents including cover letter, reference letters, etc.
Status: completedwe have added ability to add file upload fields to questionnaire letting applicants upload as many files as the job requires.

Custom URL (ie careers.mysite.com)
It would be great, in fact essential for a more professional image for your users to allow them to use custom URL's like careers.mysite.com where the customer already owns mysite.com they would use a CNAME DNS record to point the careers sub-domain to simplicant servers. Currently the auto-email is sent out automatically, but it would be nice if that message could be configured to contain company-specific language.

Add a "client login" link to Simplicant website
Add a "client login" link or tab to the home page of Simplicant website. It's not always easy to remember the client URL to log into one's account, but anyone can find the Simplicant website. Placed in the footer should be fine.

Move "feedback" button out of the way
On the admin screens, move the sliding "feedback" button out of the way, perhaps down to bottom of page. That button is distracting and gets in the way of filter selection area.

Job Posting needs unpublished fields and attachments
I need private data plus external files to be associated with a job posting. I do not want all of the information concerning a job posted externally but it is very important to be able to share job information internally.

Use consistent case for field labels
use consistent case for data field labels... for example, on the job application input form, change "First name:" to "First Name:", so it's consistent with the other labels like "Primary Phone:"

E-mail notifications upon receiving applications
Although Simplicant does have the option of notifying users when an application arrives, there is no way I can select which users should be notified. It seems weird if the CEO is receiving e-mails upon the receipt of each application!

Send applications over e-mail
It would be great if I could send e-mail applications from Simplicant to someone else. A lot of times, there are people whom I want to send resumes for reviewing, while not giving them access to all the resumes in my Simplicant account. Is this possible?
